| As a group of concerned BW licence-holders
we recommend that: -
· BW formally withdraw the existing proposals
and deadlines for a District Mooring Fee.
· BW demonstrate the case for making any changes to the existing
Continuous Cruising arrangements (which needs to show how such changes
will actually address the problems that BW believe they have).
· BW engage in proper and thorough consultation with their
customers in order to develop any fresh proposals.
· BW should address (and resolve with other agencies) the
wider social implications which may arise from their proposals.
· This group become directly involved in discussions with
BW on the above actions.
